Ethical guidelines for journal authors

Identification of authorship.

Everyone who has made significant substantive contributions to the research and/or text of an article should be listed as an author. The order in which the names of a group of authors are listed is determined by the authors themselves.

Inadmissible forms of author participation :

- "Guest authors" (well-known scientists who have not actually worked on the article, but whose participation could potentially increase the chances of publication);

- "Honorary authors" (individuals who did not actually work on the article but have authority over the actual authors, e.g., department heads, administrative staff);

- "Invisible authors," that is, people who actually worked on the research/article...

If people or organizations have made contributions to the article that do not fall within the definition of authorship, these contributions are mentioned in the Acknowledgements section.

Authors are guided by the following ethical principles

- Compliance of the publication materials with ethical and legal standards;

- originality and scientific novelty of the research;

- reliability of the results obtained (authors should make an effort to describe the methodology of the work clearly and unambiguously, so that their results could be confirmed by other studies)

- objective discussion of the significance of research;

- recognition of the contributions of others, obligatory bibliographic references to the used works;

- representation as co-authors of all participants who have made a significant contribution to the study;

- informing of the detection of significant errors or inaccuracies in the publication and interaction with the editorial board in order to correct identified errors or withdraw the publication as soon as possible

- inadmissibility of any type of plagiarism.
